Dosage and direction

To administer: tear open the sachet, squeeze the contents directly into the mouth, and swallow without water. The jelly dissolves rapidly and does not require chewing. Rifampin and other CYP3A4 inducers may decrease efficacy. Interaction with antihypertensive medications may cause additive blood pressure lowering effects. Use with other erectile dysfunction treatments is not recommended due to increased risk of adverse effects.
Missed dose
As Cialis Jelly is taken on an as-needed basis, missed dose protocols do not apply. Patients should not take an additional dose to make up for a missed administration. The next dose may be taken when needed, maintaining the minimum 24-hour interval between administrations.
Overdose
In case of suspected overdose, standard supportive measures should be employed. Expected effects would be consistent with Tadalafil’s vasodilatory properties, including severe headache, dizziness, hypotension, and potential syncope. Hemodynamic support may be required in severe cases. Dialysis is not expected to enhance elimination as Tadalafil is highly protein-bound.
