Overdose
There is no specific antidote for atorvastatin overdose. In case of suspected overdose, provide supportive treatment and symptomatic care. Liver function and CPK levels should be monitored. Hemodialysis is not expected to significantly enhance clearance as atorvastatin is extensively protein bound.
